How much can I actually save on a premium tour?

Most of our clients save 20–40% versus booking the same hotels, transfers and experiences directly. Savings come from agent-only tour inventory, operator relationships, bundled inclusions and destination-based pricing. Which destinations and operators do you book?

We specialise in premium small-group and independent tours across Asia, Europe and beyond — Vietnam, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, the UK, France, Italy, Scandinavia and more. Helen picks the operator and itinerary based on your style, dates and budget, not commissions.

Can you handle complex multi-stop or private itineraries?

Yes — this is where booking with a concierge really pays. Sydney → Vietnam → Japan → home, with private guides, stopovers and different hotels, is a quick conversation for Helen. It's a full weekend on booking sites.

What if something goes wrong while I'm overseas?

One number — Helen's mobile. She personally rebooks, escalates with the operator, arranges alternate accommodation and keeps your family updated. Our reviews are full of exactly this story; it's the reason 10-year clients don't leave.

Do you charge a service fee?

For most premium tour bookings, no — we're paid by the tour operator, so the total price you see is the total price you pay. For complex custom itineraries or ad-hoc changes we may quote a small consulting fee upfront so there are never surprises.

How far in advance should I book?

For premium small-group tours, 6–12 months is ideal to secure the best rooms and guides. For independent tours, 3–6 months is usually the sweet spot. That said, we routinely pull off last-minute departures when others can't — call us even if you're leaving soon.
